We can work with most common CAD formats and are experienced in translating between software environments — useful if your manufacturer or supply chain uses different tools.

Good DFM means your product is designed with it’s production method in mind from the start, whether that’s injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining or 3D printing.
We flag potential issues early, work with your supply chain or cost constraints, and help you avoid the expensive surprises that come from designing in isolation from production reality.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a computational method for testing how a product or component responds to real-world forces — stress, pressure, vibration, heat and so on — without physical testing.
If your product needs to demonstrate structural integrity, meet load requirements, or pass certification, FEA gives you confidence before you commit to tooling o manufacture.
It’s particularly valuable for rugged, industrial or safety-critical applications.
We can run FEA as a standalone service or as part of a wider design programme.
